Single-Cell RNA-seq
My work focused on analysis and methods development of single-cell transcriptomics, a very sparse data type, specifically in the immune compartment of the tumor microenvironment.
Statistics
My research and teaching focused on the adaptation and application of statistical methods for unique, and often complex, data types.
Software Development
My PhD work primarily involved methods development for biomedical data. My software, CAMML, is available on CRAN and at my github link at the bottom of the page.
